- Contact us via the Contact page or Noethera chat. We help set up your business, packages, and public booking page.
- What is my booking slug / link?
- Each business has a URL like arion.id/your-business-name. The slug is chosen at onboarding and can be changed via support if needed.
- Can guests still book via WhatsApp?
- Yes. Many owners use the Arion page as the official capacity source and WhatsApp for follow-up. Owners can also add manual bookings from the dashboard.
- When does Smart Confirm run automatically?
- When the slot is available and there is no special request requiring your decision. Otherwise you get a Telegram notification.
- How do I embed chat on my website?
- From the dashboard, open chat settings for the embed link. Ensure the chat module is enabled on your plan.
- What is the difference between session and camp mode?
- Session mode is for daily slots (surf lessons). Camp mode is for multi-day packages with start–end dates. Arion adapts the booking form.
- Is guest data secure?
- Data is stored with per-business access controls. See the Privacy Policy for processing details.
